ID recovery does not work for Macintosh clients

Problem:
This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# JCAL66TR8Q and has been
addressed in 6.0.6/6.5.5 and 7.0.

Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 6.5.5 MR fix list (available at
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/lotus):

Client
SPR# JCAL66TR8Q - This fix addresses a problem with the MAC client when an id
file is multi-password protected. If a non-production build of the MAC
client/operating system is used, and the id file used is multi-password
protected, Notes client will crash during login time.
